We sell antique and vintage watches (in vintage or pre-owned condition) without warranty. returns are accepted within two days of delivery only if the item is defective upon arrival or does not match the description. The buyer pays for the tracked return shipping. But we provide support in servicing the mechanism or help with questions about use without a deadline

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and work with you to correct it.

 

General rules: Sold as is. We specialize in antique and vintage watches (which are in vintage or pre-owned condition) We do not provide an exchange service as all watches sold are in one piece. Returns are accepted within two days of delivery only if the item is defective upon arrival or does not match the description, and upon prior contact with us. The buyer pays for the tracked return shipping.
We provide support in servicing the mechanism or help with questions about use without any time limit. We always check our items to make sure they are in working order and keep time before shipping. Due to the nature of vintage/old watches, there may be signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections that are not considered defects. We ask you NOT to immerse the watch in water. Mechanical watches are checked for accuracy, however, we always recommend that your vintage mechanical watch is serviced by a professional watchmaker for optimal long-term performance.
