Warranty & Return Policy

1. Warranty on the Movement
We specialize in selling antique and vintage watches (in vintage or pre-owned condition) and offer a 6-month warranty on the movement from the date of purchase. Each watch undergoes a thorough service by our master watchmaker before listing to ensure the movement works flawlessly within its type. As such, the warranty serves primarily as a precaution, as vintage mechanical watches typically work for decades without issues.

2. Warranty Conditions
In case of any movement issues, we commit to performing repairs or replacing defective parts. The buyer is responsible for the cost of tracked shipping both ways. Warranty work will take between 3 and 25 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue (typically 5-6 days). All repairs are performed in our workshop, where we specialize in vintage mechanisms.

3. Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery, only if the item is defective or does not match the description. In this case, the buyer is responsible for the cost of tracked return shipping. All returns are subject to prior approval by our team. We offer lifetime support for servicing the mechanism or answering any usage-related questions, with no time limit from the date of purchase.

4. Contact Us
Please feel free to contact us before making a purchase if you have any questions about the item. We encourage you to ask any questions to ensure that you feel confident in your decision and are 100% satisfied when you receive your watch. Our team is always available to assist you. You can reach us at: nomisma-watch@gmail.com.

5. Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can assess the situation and help resolve it. We are committed to providing excellent customer service.

6. General Terms
All items are sold as-is. We do not offer exchanges, as all watches are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. However, we are always open to discussing and providing assistance if needed.

7. Movement Service & Care
We always check our watches to ensure they are in working order and keep accurate time before shipping. Due to the nature of vintage watches, there may be signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections, which are not considered defects. We strongly advise not to immerse your watch in water.

Mechanical watches are tested for accuracy before shipment, but we always recommend that your vintage mechanical watch be serviced by a professional watchmaker for optimal long-term performance.

8. Questions & Support
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your watch, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly. We value our customers and guarantee a pleasant and secure shopping experience.

With love and care, The @Nomisma Watch Team
